In suppression of the Chandigarh Administration, Home Department Notifications bearing No. 2/3/57-HII (I)-2008/2848 dated 08.02.2020 and in exercise of the Powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 200 of the MV Act, 1988 (Central Act No.59 of 1988) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Administrator, UT, Chandigarh is pleased to specify the below to compound the offences mentioned under column 2 thereof either before or after the institution of the prosecution for the amount mentioned under column 3 and 4 of the said schedule.
